Ms. Leica McElyea, age 64, of Johnson City, passed away at her home on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.
Leica was born in Washington County, on August 12, 1961, to the late Wayne Graybeal and Nila Graybeal Letterman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Mitzi Graybeal Ketcherside.
She is survived by her two daughters, Kelly McElyea and Kristin Meade; son, Waylon McElyea; lifelong partner, Dave Burnett; brother, John Graybeal; sisters, Karen McNeese and Michella Johnson; five grandchildren, and several nephews and nieces.
A Private Graveside service will be held at Fairview Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Waylon McElyea, Kenneth Miller, Jesse McNeese, Brian McNeese and Craig Johnson.
