Mrs. Betty Daniels, age 76, Jonesborough, passed away Monday, June 2, 2025, at her residence.
Mrs. Daniels was born July 27, 1948, in Jonesborough, Tennessee to the late Sidney Coy & Minnie Campbell Hixson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Simpson Lenore “Lanny” Daniels and several siblings.
Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and she loved her family with all her heart. She enjoyed tending to her flowers.
Survivors include a son, Bradley S. Larrick and wife, Lisa, Johnson City; granddaughters, Sharon M. Larrick and Sydney M. Larrick, both of Johnson City; three brothers, Ken Hixson, Sidney Hixson and Tony Hixson, all of Jonesborough.
Her wishes were to be cremated with no services and to be remembered by her family and friends.
Betty was the sweetest woman to sit and speak with. She had a beautiful soul and was loved by her family immensely. May God hold her family close and ease their sadness knowing she is in heaven and no longer carrying the weight of any pain or suffering on earth. Hold your love and memories for her close to your heart always.
