Mr. Carl Hill Cooper, age 69, Telford, passed away Saturday, October 3, 2026, at his residence.
Mr. Cooper was born on November 18, 1956, in Ocala, Florida, to Josephine Ryals Cooper and the late John Hill Cooper.
He was of the Baptist faith.
Mr. Cooper was a Pipefitter and travelled to many different construction sites throughout the country.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife, Sandra Deakins Cooper, Telford; sons, James Cooper (Hannah), Atlanta, GA and Greg Cooper (Alissa), Telford; grandchildren, Titus, Kaelus and Kulele; brother, Jessie Cooper (Jody), Jacksonville, FL; stepmother, JoAnn Cooper; and several nephews and nieces.
Memorial services will be conducted at 3:00 PM, Monday, October 26, 2026, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Mr. Paul Masters officiating.
