Mr. Ricky Allen Blevins, age 37, of Bristol, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
He was born in Johnson City, Tennessee, on July 31, 1988, to Jerry Blevins, Sr. and Sherry Marie Gouge.
Ricky was a jack of all trades and worked many different jobs throughout his life. His greatest love was his two daughters. He was a funny, likeable, and kind person who would do anything for anybody. Ricky enjoyed playing video games, loved food and enjoyed cooking and going out to eat.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Tex Gouge and paternal grandfather, William Blevins.
In addition to his mother, Sherry Marie Gouge, survivors include his daughters, Isabella Grace and Rikki Raiden “Sadie”; brothers and sister, Jerry Blevins Jr., Andrea Casey (Zack), Bo Blevins (Miranda), and Chris Ruff; long-time girlfriend, Audra McKee; maternal grandmother, Patsy Gouge; paternal grandmother, Ruby Blevins; special second momma, Juanita; several aunts, uncles, nieces and a nephew.
Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 PM, Sunday, December 21, 2025, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 4:00 PM, prior to the funeral.

Ricky we didn't always see eye to eye and we had our words but my sister loved you with everything in her soul and that's all that mattered to me was that she was happy, I wished we could have talked on better terms bro I fight the same demons everyday and I could have showed you it's possible to beat, but I am glad you are at rest and can finally have peace, don't worry about Audra I'll do whatever it takes to get through it. Be with God now and rest easy.
