Mr. Guy Horne, age 87, Johnson City, passed away Monday, July 7, 2025, at Ivy Hall Nursing Home.
Mr. Horne was born on December 22, 1937, in Coeburn, Virginia, to the late Jessie & Pearl Laney Horne.
He was of the Baptist faith.
Mr. Horne was a United States Air Force Veteran and a lifetime member of the VFW. He was a truck driver and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and was a “Jack of all Trades”.
Survivors include two brothers, Ray Horne (Alice) of Gray and Charles Horne (Brenda) of Johnson City; ex-wife, Patricia Rash of Elizabethton; nephew and niece, Jeff Horne and Angie Blythe.
There will be no services conducted per Guy’s wishes.
