Mrs. Mary Sue Sifford, age 81, Gray, passed away Thursday, February 1, 2024, at the home of her son in Jonesborough.

Mrs. Sifford was born January 27, 1943, in Johnson City, TN, to the late Ruth Thomason Gray. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Don Sifford.

She was a member of Highland Church of Christ.

Mrs. Sifford retired from Baxter Pharmaceuticals.

Survivors include her son, Mark Sifford (Patricia), Jonesborough; grandson, Matthew Sifford (Hannah), Gray; great-grandchild, Easton Sifford, Gray; sister, Peggy Johnson (Tony), Jonesborough; special aunts, O’Nell Harris, Jonesborough, and Alma South, Johnson City; uncle, David Thomason, South Carolina; and several nephews and nieces.

Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 PM, Sunday, February 4, 2024, at Highland Cemetery with Pastor Bryan Paddock officiating.

Pallbearers will be family & friends.
