Mrs. Carol Sue Carter, age 82, Jonesborough, passed away peacefully Sunday, December 3, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Carter was born in Minden, WV, to the late Jennings & Sarah Christine Stull Lilly.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Marvin Carter, Jonesborough; two sons, Todd Carter (Cindy) and Michael Carter; brothers, Ben Lilly (Frankie) and Steven Lilly (Alma); three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
I am so sorry for your loss! Prayers are sent to you and your family. Carol was a kind and heartfelt beautiful lady and loved by many!
