Mr. Bobby Gean Herron, age 84, of Sulphur Springs, TN passed away Saturday, September 2, 2023, at Princeton Transitional Care.

Born March 24, 1939, in Lee County, VA to the late Harold Herron & Ella Mae Martin (née McFarland), Mr. Herron was also preceded in death by brother Bill Herron and sisters, Alice Snowden & Alma Sue Whitlock.

Prior to an active & enjoyable retirement, United States Air Force Veteran, Mr. Herron was employed as a Ceramics Technician at Baltimore’s Locke Insulators for more than 30 years.

Survivors include Mr. Herron’s beloved wife of 57 years, Iris Herron (née Bond); children, Jerry Herron, Jeff Herron and Kathleen Herron; grandsons, Kyle Barnum, Nicholas Goodwin, Keenan ‘Red’ Barnum, Jacob Herron and Kurt Barnum.

Private Graveside services will be conducted at Mountain Home National Cemetery.
