Mr. Robert “Bill” Cloyd, age 73, of Telford, passed away at Lakebridge Assisted Living on Sunday, June 11, 2023, surrounded by his family.

Bill was born on April 26, 1950, to the late Paris and Irene Cloyd.

He was a veteran and proudly served his country. Bill retired from the Parks and Recreational division of the City of Johnson City where he worked in maintenance.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Grindstaff and brother, Thomas “Shag” Cloyd.

Survivors include his daughters, Terri Steward (Billy) and Beth Jennings (David); 5 grandchildren, Cheyanne Steward, Billy and Kendra Steward, Kalya & Joseph Jennings; 1 great grandchild, Raelynn Carter; sister, Penny Bennett; several nieces and nephews.
