Mrs. Joanne Adelle Hamner, age 58, Jonesborough, passed away Saturday, November 30, 2019 at Johnson City Medical Center.
Mrs. Hamner was born in Redding, California and the daughter of the late Clifford & Dorothy Mulkey Carsner.
Survivors include her husband, Shawn Hamer and a daughter, Holly Hamner.
Celebration of life services will be conducted 6:00 pm Thursday, December 19, 2019 at Telford United Methodist Church with Pastor Michael Vaughn officiating.
