Mr. Yvan R. “John Paul” De Repentigny, 57, Jonesborough, passed away April 26, 2019 at the Johnson City Medical Center.
Mr. De Repentigny was born in Montreal Quebec to Murielle Labrecque De Repentigny and the late Jacques De Repentigny. He was also preceded in death by an infant brother Michel.
John Paul was a member of Highland Baptist Church.
He graduated from ETSU with a B.A. in 2004.
In addition to his mother, Mr. De Repentigny is survived by his wife Mary Beth De Repentigny; children, Gabriel and wife Amanda De Repentigny, Olivia and husband Michael Jones, Lemuel De Repentigny, and Glorianna De Repentigny; grandchildren, Daniel Jones, Rebecca Jones, David Jones, and Anna Jones; brothers, Yves De Repentigny, and Jacques De Repentigny Jr. sister Michelle De Repentigny.
Funeral Service for Mr. De Repentigny will be Monday April 29, 2019 7:00 PM at Highland Baptist Church with Pastor David Mauger officiating. The family will receive family and friends from 5:00 to 7:00PM prior to the service.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday April 30, 2019 2:00PM at Marietta Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 1922 Marietta Church Road, Knoxville TN. Pallbearers will be Gabriel De Repentigny, Lemuel De Repentigny, Mike Jones, and Lynn Johnson.
Donations may be made to Highland Baptist Church, 300 Highland Church Road, Johnson City 37615.
