Mr. Freddie Bowlin, age 76, Jonesborough, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2018 at the Johnson City Medical Center.
Mr. Bowlin was born in Hawkins County, TN and the son of the late Herbert & Naomi Carver Bowlin. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Bowlin.
He was a member of New Victory Baptist Church.
Mr. Bowlin was a proud United States Army Veteran, having served in the First Calvary. He retired from Eastman Chemical Company.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Bales Bowlin, Jonesborough; son, Scott Bowlin; daughter and son-in-law, Susan & Mike Constable; grandchildren, Jessica Constable, Heather Constable, and Abigail Bowlin; and several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 pm Monday, September 10, 2018 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Dr. Lester Morelock and Pastor Mark Haga officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm Monday prior to the service.
