Mrs. Ninnie Morgan Leatherwood, age 73, Chuckey, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at the Durham-Hensley Nursing Home.
Mrs. Leatherwood was born July 7, 1944 in Greeneville, TN and the daughter of the late Robert Harley & Ruth Faye Barbee Morgan. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Tommie Smelcer and second husband, Jerry Leatherwood, two brothers, Lewis E. Morgan and Bobby Morgan.
She was a member of the Greeneville MS Group and Greeneville Visual Impaired Group.
Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Jamie R. & Lee Wisenberg; grandson, Jordy Howard; step-granddaughter, Alyssa Wisenberg; step-great-granddaughter, Faith; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Jessie & Pete Waddle and Sylvia & William Breining; three brothers, Claude Haskel Morgan, Robert C. Morgan and Jerry Smelcer; several nieces and nephews; special friend and caregiver, Sandy James.
There will be no visitation or services at Mrs. Leatherwood’s request.
