Mrs. Betty J. Hayes, age 75, Johnson City, passed away Thursday January 25, 2018 at her residence.
Mrs. Hayes was a Washington County native and the daughter of the late Guy and Ola Conley Cavin. She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter Wendy Masingale.
Mrs. Hayes retired from Sears.
Survivors include her husband Kennth Hayes, son and daughter-in-law Gene and Lynn Masingale, grandson Chris Masingale, sister-in-law Norma Ledford, and nephew John Rolland III.
The family we receive family and friends from 12:00-2:00PM Saturday January 27, 2018. Graveside will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
We are so very sorry for your loss! Feelings of despair can be
overwhelming at this time. We pray that “the Father of tender
mercies, and the God of all comfort” (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4) will
give you peace of mind and comfort in your hearts. Acts 24:15
says that “there is going to be a resurrection” and Job 14:14,
15 shows that God has a longing to resurrect his friends! We
are so grateful that our loving God looks forward, as much as
we do, to reuniting us with our loved ones.
