Mrs. Anna Jean Baskett, age 83, Fall Branch, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017 at NHC Healthcare of Johnson City.
Mrs. Baskett was born in Washington County and daughter of the late James & Anna Jo Vaughn Lowe. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Raymond Baskett, sisters, Virginia Lowe Baines and Thelma Lowe Hampton and a brother, Howard D. Lowe.
She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
Survivors include five sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted 6:00 pm Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Ponder officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 pm Tuesday prior to the service.
Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 am Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at Highland Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family & friends.
