Mrs. Frances McFadden Alley Boring, age 90, met her Heavenly Farther Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at the Cornerstone Village in Johnson City.
She was a Homemaker and mother of five. Frances was born in Wise County Virginia and resided in East TN for the last 70 years. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Clark Street Baptist Church.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents, John McFadden and Nora Resse McFadden, husband Claude Alley, brothers, Walter, Burl and James McFadden, sisters Hattie Gobble and Nell Gifford. Frances is survived by sons, Claude Gobble and wife Arnie, Bob Alley and wife Connie, Eric Boring and wife Rose, two daughters, Brenda Rose and Nora Brown and husband Stanley, one brother Michael McFadden, Ill; and a sister Betty Tisdale MO, 13 Grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 8 great great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Saturday, January 30, 2016 at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Roy Yelton and Pastor Mike Anglin officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 pm prior to the service. Interment will follow the services in Monte Vista Burial Park.
Pallbearers will be Bobby D Alley II, Craig J. Alley, Larry Hickman, Jackie Swecker, Darrell Lilly, and Arron Hayes.
