Mrs. Thelma O. DePriest, age 95, Johnson City, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2015 at the NHC Healthcare Center of Johnson City.
Mrs. DePriest was born in Scott County and daughter of the late George & Della Graham Hawkins. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Milton Thomas DePriest, four sisters, two brothers and three grandchildren.
She was a member of Open Door Baptist Church. Mrs. DePriest was a homemaker.
Survivors include nine sons, Jess DePriest, Roger DePriest, Lewis DePriest, Earl DePriest, Gary DePriest, Eddie DePriest, Ronnie DePriest, Mike DePriest, and Darrell DePriest; daughters, Linda Falin and Ann Harris; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 10:00-12:00 pm Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Jonesborough, with Rev. Richard Tittle officiating.
Pallbearers will be family & friends.
