Mr. Jerry Allen Baines, age 45, Louisville, TN formerly of Jonesborough, passed away Monday, August 17, 2015 at his residence.
He was born in Johnson City and son of Kathy Phillips, Jonesborough and the late Jerry D. Baines.
He worked in the Paintless Dent Repair service for over 20 years. He enjoyed playing pool with the APA.
He was a loving son, husband, father and grandfather.
Survivors include his wife, Regina Baines, Louisville; daughters, Beth Baines Garland and husband Michael, Whitney Baines and Megan Wilson; son, Thomas Wilson; granddaughter, Samantha Wilson; brother, Brian Baines; and special niece, Ashley Baines.
The family would like to extend a very special thank you to aunts, Shirley Ford, Joann Knight and Brenda Barnett for their wonderful loving care and support.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted Saturday, September 5, 2015 at his residence.
