Mr. Earl E. Corby, age 73, Johnson City, passed away Monday, July 13, 2015 at the Bristol Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Corby was born in Washington County and son of the late Jess & Georgia Estep Corby. He was also preceded in death by four brothers, Edwin Corby, Ralph Corby, Junior Corby and Alfred Corby, and a sister Doris Corby.
He was a United States Army Veteran. Earl enjoyed working on lawn mowers and construction work. He was never without a smile.
Survivors include daughter, Tammy Hyatt, Gray; son, Randy Corby, Jonesborough; grandchildren, Emilee Hyatt, Lyndsee Hyatt and Pete Corby; brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard & Faye Corby and Charles & Pat Corby; sisters, Mary E. Corby and Deloris Knowles; and several nephews and nieces.
The Corby family would like to say a special thank you to Select Specialty Hospital.
Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 pm Thursday, July 16, 2015 at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Albert Bentley officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm Thursday prior to the service.
Interment services will be conducted 11:30 AM Friday, July 17, 2015 at Mountain Home National Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family & friends.
