Mr. Robert D. Broyles, age 82, Telford, passed away Thursday, September 25, 2014 at his residence.
Mr. Broyles was born in Washington County and son of the late Muncy & Daisy Prader Broyles. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Duncan Broyles.
He was a member of Enon Baptist Church.
Mr. Broyles was a retired Truck Driver for Washington County Highway Department.
Survivors include two sons and daughter-in-law, Mike Broyles, Limestone and Robert & Sharon Broyles, Telford; grandchildren, Missy Briggs, Michelle Broyles and Susan Broyles; great-grandsons, Isaac Briggs and Hunter Briggs; and several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be conducted 8:00 PM Friday, September 26, 2014 at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Burl Sluder officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Friday prior to the service.
Interment services will be conducted 10:00 AM Saturday, September 27, 2014 at Mt. Wesley Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Keith Stanton, Randy Stanton, Greg Stanton, Ronnie Jarrett, Tommy Johnson and Marty Johnson.
